LOCATION AND SCOPE
This is a part-time (40% FTE), fixed internship for 6-9 months that would work perfectly alongside current studies. A remote-friendly role, with candidates located in London or Helsinki preferred.

Salary is EUR 1,200 - 1,500 per month depending on experience and location.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We have recently sharpened our brand and channel strategy and are evolving our Instagram into an aspirational channel that showcases distinctive, inspiring, and authentic content from the world of sport and high performance.

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Intern to help shape and run our social presence, with a strong focus on Instagram.

You will:

  • Manage the Instagram content calendar
  • Create on-brand posts – primarily for Instagram, occasionally LinkedIn
  • Coordinate content with Hintsa Sport experts (videos, imagery, copyfact-checking)
  • Engage with the audience, track performance, and double down on what works
  • Monitor relevant brands and trends, and ideate new post formats

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You might be a great fit if you:

  • Live and breathe social media, especially Instagram
  • Write sharp, engaging copy, native-level English
  • Have a strong aesthetic sense, eye for composition, and visual taste
  • Are conceptually driven and creatively curious
  • Are comfortable using tools to edit images and videos, and automate posts
  • Are passionate about sport, performance, and wellbeing
  • Take ownership, work well under pressure, and hit deadlines
  • Are happy to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends (race schedules)
