This is a full-time role based in Helsinki.

We are looking for an Account Manager for our corporate programmes.

Your mission as Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will play a central role in expanding Hintsa’s presence among C-level executives and teams. You will build and own your client portfolio: leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and then nurturing those accounts over time. Your work will shape how organisations approach leadership development – for the sustainable high performance of both leaders and their teams.

What you will do

  • Build and grow your own client base
  • Work with marketing to figure out target client lists, and develop personalised targeting and outreach plans to secure new business
  • Identify, qualify, and proactively engage potential clientsReach out through phone, email, LinkedIn, and tailored outreach to spark meaningful conversations
  • Develop and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Lead insightful, consultative conversations fitting for a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each organisation’s context and challengesTranslate insights into tailored recommendations that drive outcomes for leaders and teams
  • Position Hintsa as a long-term strategic partner, not a transactional vendor
  • Own and develop the accounts you win, ensuring clients continue to experience value year after year. Build trust through expertise, empathy, and consistent follow-through
  • Collaborate across the organisation: work closely with performance coaches, medical specialists, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding client experience
  • Share market insights to support product innovation and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in leadership, performance and wellbeing science
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
What you bring

  • Proven track record in successful B2B sales, ideally within professional servicesconsultative environments, or selling to senior leaders
  • Credibility with and experience from dealing with the C-suite
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and internationally
  • Exceptional relationship-building skillscredible, warm, and client-centred
  • Native-level proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in Finnish is an advantage.
  • An interest in leadership development, wellbeing, performance, and having aimpact
