ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hintsa Performance is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Associate to support the smooth running of our daily service delivery operations. This role is hands-on and varied, covering service & finance delivery support, systems and process coordination, and administrative tasks that help our team, coaches, and clients succeed. The ideal candidate enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities, solving problems, and keeping everything organised behind the scenes as well as towards the client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Team, coach and client support:
    • Help deliver services to clients.
    • Triage and respond to ad hoc questions from Team members, Coaches, and Clients.
    • Review and edit presentations, webinars, and video materials.
    • Attend webinars to provide technical support where needed.
    • Gather and finalise report data for client and internal use.
    • Monitor the customer support inbox and liaise with relevant teams as required.
    • Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day client delivery.

  • Finance (invoices & contracts):
    • Create purchase orders for coaches and specialists.
    • Help prepare and process client invoicing, as and when needed.
    • Manage client expense recharging.

  • System and platform support:
    • Set up new client projects across platforms.
    • Maintain process manuals/guidance.
    • Act as a tester for new system features.

  • Office and resource management: 
    • Manage shipping, inventory, and postage of resources (e.g. books, bands, clothing, equipment etc.).
    • Internal meeting & events co-ordination (rooms, timings, guests, invites etc).

  • Other work as required / discussed.

Who you will work closely with: 

  • Maria Krajewska-Olkkonen, Managing Director, Corporates & Individuals (line manager).
  • The Corporates & Individuals team.
  • Operations Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Native-level proficiency in EnglishFinnish is a plus, but not a defining factor.
  • Tech savvy, preferably to the level of also being able to suggest clever ways of doing things differently and more efficiently.
  • Health and wellness industry knowledge: Experience in this industry will be considered a large plus, however it is not essential.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
